Yes, there's a free trial. Card details are taken securely through Stripe when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel any time. Our team is also happy to walk you through a live demo if you'd prefer to see it in action first.
Signing up takes about five minutes: your details, a quick email check, your business information, then checkout. Your kitchen is live straight afterwards, and you can start logging checks before your next service. If you get stuck, a real person will help you get set up.
Nothing is charged during the free trial. After that you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don’t normally give part-month refunds for business subscriptions, but if you’ve been charged wrongly or twice, we’ll put it right. Hardware has its own terms, shown when you order.
Cancelling stops your plan renewing, and you keep access until the end of your paid period, so you have time to export your records. Your data stays yours: when you leave, we return it or securely delete it, whichever you choose, unless UK law requires us to keep something. Email privacy@complichef.co.uk to arrange it.
