No — Alice reads the logs you already create in KitchenPortal. She doesn't replace any module or process. She analyses what's there and tells you what's missing.
Is my data safe with Alice?
Yes. Alice is powered by Anthropic Claude, and your data is processed only to generate your audit report or CCDFSM content. It is never shared with third parties, never used to train AI models, and is governed by our GDPR-compliant data processing terms.
Do I need the Alice AI add-on for all three features?
Yes — the single £19/month Alice AI add-on unlocks all three capabilities: the Compliance Audit, CCDFSM Generator, and Rota Assistant. One subscription covers everything.
What happens if I cancel Alice?
Your existing CCDFSM content and any previously generated audit reports are saved. You just won't be able to generate new ones until you re-subscribe. Your core compliance logs are completely unaffected.
Can I use Alice on multiple sites?
Each CompliChef organisation has its own Alice subscription. Multi-site organisations on a Group plan can add Alice to individual sites as needed.
How accurate is Alice's audit?
Alice compares your actual log records against the profile you give her (open days, check frequencies). The accuracy depends on the profile being correct — you can update it at any time by clicking "Update Profile" on the audit page.
