For the Referral Programme, yes — you need an active CompliChef subscription to access your unique referral link. For the Partner Programme, you don't need to be a customer yourself.
Partner commission is paid monthly, typically within the first 5 working days of each month for the previous month's active referred subscriptions. Payment is made by bank transfer to your nominated account.
For the referral programme, the 1-month free credit is applied once your referral completes their first paid month. For partners, commission accrues from the first paid month and continues each month they remain subscribed.
No cap at all. Refer 1 or 100 — there's no limit on either programme. The more you refer, the more you earn.
Commission is only paid while the referred client's subscription is active. If they cancel, commission for that client stops from the following month. You keep everything earned up to that point.
Referrals are tracked from the moment someone clicks your link and starts a trial. If a business has already started a trial without your link, unfortunately that referral cannot be credited. Always share your link first.
